Shipping & Delivery Policy

SHIPPING & DELIVERY 

Orders are shipped from our warehouse in New Delhi or Noida by courier. Please allow us with the following number of days as mentioned in receipt of your order.

For Domestic orders – All domestic orders are processed within 1 business day. You can expect the delivery of the order within 3-5 business days. For locations that are in the interiors or are difficult coverage areas, then it may take between 7-10 working days.

For International orders – All the international orders are also processed within 1-2 business days. You can expect delivery of the order within 10-12 business days.

ORDER DELIVERIES WILL HANDLED AS FOLLOWS

• Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you are personally not available to sign for your delivery please suggest an alternative i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbour, etc. However, the brand will hold no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person on your behalf.
• AARUJAS is not responsible for damage after delivery.
• All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service within 48 hours of the day of delivery.
• Shipping and handling rates may vary on the basis of the product, packaging, size, volume, type, and other considerations. All the shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments.
