Returns & Refund

An item is eligible for return if the product fulfills any of the following conditions:

  • Sold in a physically damaged condition.
  • It has missing parts or accessories.

Our teams will first examine the products returned to verify if the product is in the condition to be exchanged or not. We will further issue a product exchange with an authorization number for any product that is returned in a saleable and undamaged condition, in the original packaging, within 7 calendar days of the delivery date.

All returnable products must be attached with the original receipt, a return/exchange authorization number (received from the customer service). Courier costs are not refundable and need to be paid by the customer.

Please allow us one to three weeks from the day you return your package, for your request to be processed. We will contact you once your return is complete.

Return/exchange requests are subject to inspection and checking by the AARUJAS Team. If you claim any leakage in the product or if it was damaged during the delivery process, please feel free to contact us through an email with product images and the batch number, within 2 days of the delivery. We will take 48-72 hours to perform the quality checks once we receive the product. If the product passes the quality test, we shall initiate a return/exchange process. Any damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered under our Exchange/Returns Policy.

Please Note

  • It is highly suggested to our customers to take pictures & records video while opening the product packaging.
  • The product serial number should not be tempered.
  • Also, in some case the free gift is included as a part of the item order and needs to be returned along with the originally delivered product. Please note that the free gift needs to be returned back with its original packaging and its seals, labels and barcodes intact.
  • No return or Exchange would be allowed in the following cases:
  1. No return / exchange would be provided if the product sought to be returned is a free product provided by Aarujas.
  2. No return / exchange will be provided where Customer refused to collect the delivery or where our channel partners for delivery has made adequate delivery attempts, but in each case the attempts remain unsuccessful.
  3. No return / exchange will be provided where Customer wasn’t available during the stipulated delivery attempts on the mentioned address or where the address mentioned was wrong and incorrect.
    The delivery address was wrong incorrect unreachable.
  4. We do NOT accept any returns that are sent to us directly. You need to lodge return/ exchange request for which you will be provided return/exchange ticket and against which the return / exchange will be processed.
  5. Aarujas might have to cancel certain orders which are out of reach or difficult to ship. Ayur Ojas reserves the right to refuse/ cancel / deny any order for any reason.
  6. Aarujas reserves its rights to cancel orders due to limitations on quantities of products available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department
  7. Each item can only be exchanged once. No cash refunds are permitted.



Have second thoughts? You can cancel your order without any charges payable, within the stipulated period. However, if your order has been shipped, we will be unable to process the cancellation.

AARUJAS online is set up to take immediate online orders through the following modes of payment

Please note: For Visa and MasterCard you need to provide your 16-digit credit card number, card expiry date and 3-digit CVV number (on the back of the card). For credit card transactions you have to enroll your Credit Card with VBV (Verified by Visa) or MSC (MasterCard Secure Code) to complete the payment. For American Express Cards you will be asked to provide your 15-digit card number and a 4-digit code.

All the international shipping orders may attract local duties applicable in that country and the customer will have to pay locally, accordingly.

What is a CVV/CVC?
The Credit Verification Value aka CVV or the Credit Validation Code aka CVC is an important security feature that reduces the risk of Internet fraud. This number will never appear on sales receipts or billing statements and can be only found on the physical card itself. We ask you to enter your CVV/CVC code during your transaction to make sure that the card is in your possession. The CVV/CVC is in the form of 3 or 4-digit code embossed or imprinted on the reverse side of your credit card near the signature area.
